המדיניות הזו מסבירה איזה מידע נאסף באתר woretaw.net ובאפליקציה "שידור", כלי לניהול ותזמון פרסומים ברשתות חברתיות שמפעילה Wort\Soft עבור העסק שלה ועבור לקוחותיה, ומה נעשה בו.

1. מידע שנאסף באתר

כשממלאים את טופס יצירת הקשר באתר נאספים השם, הטלפון, האימייל (אם הוזן) ותוכן ההודעה. המידע משמש רק כדי לחזור אליכם, ונשלח אלינו בהודעת וואטסאפ. איננו משתמשים בעוגיות מעקב או בכלי פרסום באתר.

2. מידע שאפליקציית "שידור" מקבלת מ-Meta (פייסבוק ואינסטגרם)

כשמחברים עמוד פייסבוק או חשבון אינסטגרם עסקי ל"שידור", בהסכמה מפורשת דרך חלון ההרשאות של Meta, האפליקציה מקבלת:

האפליקציה לא אוספת מידע על העוקבים או על הגולשים בעמוד, לא קוראת הודעות פרטיות, ולא משתמשת במידע לפרסום ממומן.

3. מידע שהאפליקציה מקבלת מטיקטוק ומיוטיוב

כשמחברים חשבון טיקטוק ל"שידור", בהסכמה מפורשת דרך מסך ההרשאות של טיקטוק, האפליקציה מקבלת:

בחיבור חשבון יוטיוב, האפליקציה מקבלת את שם הערוץ ומזההו והרשאה להעלות אליו סרטונים שהמשתמש בחר.

האפליקציה לא אוספת מידע על עוקבים או צופים, לא קוראת הודעות פרטיות, לא צופה בתוכן של משתמשים אחרים ולא משתמשת במידע לפרסום ממומן או לאימון מודלים.

4. למה המידע משמש

רק כדי לפרסם ולתזמן פוסטים שהמשתמש כתב ואישר בעמודים ובחשבונות שהוא עצמו חיבר, ולהציג לו אם הפרסום הצליח.

5. עיבוד תוכן על ידי מודלי AI

באפליקציה יש שני כלי AI. שניהם פועלים רק על תוכן שהמשתמש כתב, ורק כשהוא לוחץ על הכפתור המתאים — לא אוטומטית ולא ברקע.

בסקירה החיצונית נשלחים רק טקסט הפוסט, שם הרשת שאליה הוא מיועד ושם העסק. לפני השליחה התוכן עובר ניקוי אוטומטי שמסיר מחרוזות שנראות כמו טוקנים או מפתחות גישה. לא נשלחים טוקני גישה, פרטי חשבון, מדיה, נתוני עוקבים או הודעות פרטיות.

הבקשה נשלחת עם דרישה מפורשת לנתב אותה רק לספקים שאינם משתמשים בתוכן לאימון מודלים. לפי המדיניות המוצהרת של Vercel AI Gateway, בקשות ותשובות נמחקות בתום הבקשה ואינן נשמרות. איננו שולחים את התוכן לשום ספק AI אחר.

אפשר לכבות את הסקירה החיצונית לגמרי ולהמשיך להשתמש בכל שאר האפליקציה.

המידע נשמר כל עוד העמוד מחובר לאפליקציה. בניתוק ערוץ, טוקן הגישה שלו נמחק מיד. תוכן הפוסטים נשמר בהיסטוריית הפרסומים של העסק עד שהוא נמחק או עד שמתבקשת מחיקה.

Shidur is a social-media scheduling tool operated by Wort\Soft (Woretaw Zaudo, Israel). When a user connects a Facebook Page or Instagram business account with explicit consent, Shidur receives the Page/account ID and name, a Page access token (permissions such as pages_manage_posts, pages_read_engagement, pages_show_list, instagram_content_publish), and the IDs of posts it publishes. When a user connects a TikTok account, Shidur receives the account open_id, display name and avatar (user.info.basic) and permission to upload a video the user selected (video.upload); the video is delivered to the account's drafts and the user completes publishing in the TikTok app. For YouTube, Shidur receives the channel name and ID and permission to upload videos the user selected. This data is used only to publish and schedule posts that the user wrote and approved, on accounts the user connected, and to show publishing status. Shidur does not collect follower or visitor data, does not read private messages, does not use data for advertising, and no content is used to train AI models. Tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) on Wort\Soft's server and are never sold or shared with third parties, except where required by law. AI processing: two AI tools operate on user-written content only, and only when the user presses the matching button. The writing assistant runs on a model hosted on our own server and the content does not leave it. The pre-publish review sends the post text, the target network name and the business name to Vercel AI Gateway and from there to TypeSafe AI's Jev model, which returns typed flags (unprovable claim, spam risk, missing call to action). Access tokens, account details, media, follower data and private messages are never sent, and the text is automatically scrubbed of anything resembling a token or key beforehand. Requests carry an explicit instruction to route only to providers that do not train on the content; per Vercel AI Gateway's stated policy, prompts and responses are deleted once the request completes. The review can be switched off entirely. Disconnecting a channel deletes its token immediately.

Data deletion: email yoram1985@gmail.com or WhatsApp +972-50-981-9243 with the Page name, and all stored data (token, Page details and saved posts) will be deleted within 30 days, with confirmation. You can also remove "Shidur" at any time under Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
